There is no such thing as "personality", and the conscious mind does not make any decisions. What we know as "personality" is just a unique combination of cultural clichés and stresses we gained on our life path. Our body is a part of the system in which the most powerful and determinative entity is our mind, sub-conscious mind. So if the one wants to have a healthy body, they should help their mind to work properly. Every issue with one's physical state is a sign to deal with a mental challenge. But how to decipher those signs?
